Naragenergy Solutions in a privately owned oil and gas service provider in the areas  of asset determination studies and planning and associated services, production facility optimization, engineering design services and project management.  This institution which is an engineering consultant company, comprises of qualified individuals in the field of  Geo-sciences, Petroleum Engineering, Oil and Gas Project Management, Health Safety and Environment (HSE), Computer & Information Technology, Chemical and Production Engineering. Naragenergy solutions has a  branch in Nigeria. Lekki Phase 1 lagos precisely and is happily hiring qualified individuals for the following  positions.

Office Admin & Technical Communicator

The successful candidate will work with a collaborative application development, reservoir engineering, petrophysical, geosciences and business development teams, and be able to deliver  accurate results working within teams and also alone.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender and bid documents.
  • Respond to official enquiries, including emails, phone, website on behalf of the company.
  • Responsible for all office communication, including phones, websites, twitter accounts, LinkedIn, and other social media.
  • Prepare instructional manuals, application help documents, journal articles, and other supporting documents to communicate with application users, clients and in house personnel.
  • Proofread draft documents before publication or circulation.
  • Responsible for office reception and visitor’s management.
  • Responsible for management of office consumables, office hygiene, and asset record-keeping.
Other requirements:
  • Education: Higher National Diploma, BSc/BA, or Master’s.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years practical in energy or oil & gas sectors.
  • Qualities: Presentation skill and ability to work with minimal supervision.

GIS Data Administrator/Application Support

Naragenergy is looking for a qualified Geographic Information System (GIS) GIS Data Administrator and Application personnel to join their institution.

Requirements:
  • Education: Higher National Diploma, BSc/BA, or Master’s.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in the energy or oil & gas sectors.
  • Qualities: Presentation skill and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Knowledge in automated mapping, data creation, conversion, transfer and map productions using ESRI ArcGIS software.
  • Extensive knowledge in relational databases and geographic database. design and implementation, GIS data usage and requirements for various GIS functions and spatial modeling.
  • Extensive knowledge in use of Excel functions (including tables, pivot, index and lookup functions).
  • Knowledge in cartographic presentations and digital map generation is needed.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering Spatial Data warehouses running on similar architecture to the following: Windows Server, Oracle Oracle Databases, ArcSDE, and ArcGIS Server and webservice.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Training and user support skills.
